Web Modeler in self-managed free edition

Is the Web Modeler available in the Camunda 8 self-managed free edition? I noticed only the following components were mentioned on the site.

  • Production usage of Zeebe and Desktop Modeler
  • Non-Production usage of Operate, Tasklist, Optimize
