I would like to understand what is the use of the button component in CAMUNDA, because apparently I can’t understand if it really has any use in a practical process flow

Currently, the button is ignored in Camunda Tasklist and only useful when you build a custom task app.
But we are extending it in the course of the next versions to
- trigger a custom submit (with custom outcome/payload)
- trigger a JS or API call
That’s why it’s not hidden in the product.
I agree that we should make this more clear in the tool itself.
