What makes a process a process definition?

Hi,

I have deployed via the REST API the process used in the bpmn.io examples, specifically the process at bpmn-js-examples/diagram.bpmn at master · bpmn-io/bpmn-js-examples · GitHub

The deployment was successful. The process appears in the list of deployment but does not appear in the process definition list.

What makes an uploaded .bpmn file eligible to be a process definition?

You need to make the process definition “executable” In Modeler click on the pool and check the box in the properties panel that says “Executable”
