Certainly, in fact the web modeler embeddes the bpmn.io project and so you can do the same.

I’m also looking for same option. I have a requirement of providing Custom UI web modeler for designing DMN & BPMN. Is there a way to implement this? If possible, please share a reference docs or share some examples if available.
Note: We are using Angular 4
I’ve answered the same question a few days ago:
The Camunda Modeler is a Electron -based desktop application. You could technically take the client of it and embed it into a web application. That would be a huge undertaking, though. You’d probably be better off building the parts you need yourself.
