The Cawemo SaaS service was officially retired on 30th April 2024. This decision was made to align with our strategic focus on delivering a more integrated and comprehensive modeling experience, as detailed in our end-of-life notification: End-of-Life Notification for Cawemo SaaS Service.
To register for the Camunda Web Modeler, sign up at Accounts | Sign Up - Camunda.
As of 1st July 2024, 09:00 CET, all data associated with the Cawemo SaaS service has been permanently removed and is no longer recoverable. This is in accordance with our data retention policy. To provide our users with ample time to retrieve their data, we extended temporary access until that date.
Since this period has now passed, any data that was not retrieved before the deadline has been permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Hi @rachmad_hidayat - as noted in the messages above, and in the thread below, all data was permanently deleted on July 1. There is no way to restore the data, unfortunately.
